Shipping & Delivery
After placing an order. You will automatically receive an email to confirm and finalize your order by one of our Email Support Agents.
Please respond to our confirmation email so that we can process and ship out your orders as soon as it's confirmed and finalized.
Unconfirmed orders will still be shipped out after 3 days of no response.
There is no definite and fixed number of days for the arrival of the product. It will depend on the size of the product. Sometimes we have customers report that shipping is as early 3-7 Days, but please allow us 1-3 weeks for the product to arrive at you.
If it's been more than 3 weeks and your package hasn't arrived please email us at email@example.com with your order number (included in your digital receipt sent to you via email after purchase) or name and let us know. We will find your package and/or send another, or issue you a refund.
1-3 days after you've placed an order we will send you an email saying your order is on it's way. Within that email, click on the link following 'Tracking Information' or 'Track My Package'. This will link you to a page where you can view your order and where it is currently at.
If you've received an email with tracking information and the Track My Package link won't show your package, please wait 1-2 days for the system to be updated. If it's still not showing please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a working link to track your order.
